Hinomaru Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and operates RecallBloom (“App”).

1. Information Collection
Hinomaru Labs does not directly collect, store, or share personal information through our own servers.
Some third-party services used in the App, such as Google AdMob, may process information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not require account registration.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifiable information.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Training history, Brain Scores, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device to provide App functionality.
Examples include:
- training history;
- Brain Score and statistics;
- game settings;
- sound settings;
- language settings; and
- application preferences.
These data remain on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on Hinomaru Labs servers.
Locally stored data is deleted from your device when you delete it within the App, reset the App data, or uninstall the App.
3. Internet Communication
The App does not transmit your personal data to Hinomaru Labs.
Some operating system features and third-party services may communicate with their providers depending on your device configuration.
Such communications are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
When advertisements are displayed, the App may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may collect and use information in accordance with its own policies.
This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.

The App may offer in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information such as credit card details is managed by Apple or Google. Hinomaru Labs does not obtain or store your payment information.
5. Permissions
Depending on the App and operating system, permissions such as notifications may be requested solely to provide App functionality.
Permissions are not used to collect personal information.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
