Bellstride Terms of Use

Established: July 21, 2026 · Effective: the first public release of the App

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Bellstride (the “App”), a mobile application provided by Hinomaru Labs (the “Operator”). By selecting an acceptance control in the App, or by using the App after these Terms have been presented to you, you agree to these Terms.

Your acquisition and use of the App, including any in-app purchase, are also subject to the terms and policies of Apple App Store, Google Play, and any other applicable third party.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms and use the App. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from a parent or other legal guardian before using the App or making an in-app purchase. You are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining and maintaining the device, network connection, app store account, and other environment needed to use the App.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and applicable app store terms, the Operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Operator or the applicable rights holder.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other rights in the App, its software, name, logos, designs, text, images, audio, and other materials provided by the Operator belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holder. Providing the App does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

3. User Responsibility and Use Limitations

You are responsible for confirming your health condition, exercise capacity, environment, and surrounding safety, and for using the App at your own judgment and responsibility. The App is a general exercise timer and is not intended for medical, diagnostic, treatment, emergency-response, official competition, safety-management, or other uses requiring exact timing or safety-critical performance.

You must not rely solely on the App’s display, sound, vibration, notifications, or other functions for activities requiring safety or precise timekeeping.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: violate applicable law, public order, or these Terms; infringe the rights or interests of the Operator or a third party; improperly copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, lease, reproduce, or publicly transmit any part of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law; bypass, disable, interfere with, or misuse advertising, purchase verification, license verification, access controls, security features, or other App mechanisms; make unauthorized access, impose excessive load, distribute malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the App or related services; remove or obscure rights notices; resell the App or provide a service using the App without the Operator’s permission; or engage in any other conduct the Operator determines to be inappropriate.

5. Advertising, In-App Purchases, and Third-Party Services

The Operator may display third-party advertising in the App at locations, in forms, by methods, and at frequencies determined by the Operator. The Operator does not endorse, manage, or guarantee third-party advertisements, advertised products or services, advertisers, or linked destinations.

In-app purchases are subject to the terms, policies, and systems of Apple App Store or Google Play. The Operator is not responsible for damage caused by outages, interruptions, specification changes, account status, or other matters outside the Operator’s control relating to third-party services.

6. Privacy

Information handling in connection with the App is described in the Hinomaru Labs Privacy Policy.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the App

The Operator may, at its discretion, add, change, restrict, or discontinue the App’s features, specifications, design, advertising, paid products, prices, supported environments, availability, delivery methods, or support.

The Operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, security responses, third-party service changes, legal requirements, app store requirements, or other reasons. The Operator does not guarantee continued availability, updates, or support for the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator makes no express or implied warranty regarding the App’s accuracy, completeness, usefulness, safety, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, freedom from errors or defects, non-infringement of third-party rights, compatibility with a device or operating system, timing accuracy, or the operation or delivery of any display, sound, vibration, notification, or other function.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for damage not attributable to the Operator, damage resulting from your violation of these Terms or improper use, or damage caused by an operating system, device, network, app store, advertising service, or other third party. The Operator is not liable for delay, suspension, or damage caused by natural disasters, power outages, network failures, cyberattacks, third-party service interruptions, laws, governmental actions, or other matters beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.

The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or any other comparable loss arising out of or relating to the App or its unavailability.

If the Operator is liable in connection with the App, except in cases of the Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to actual, direct, and ordinary damages. If you have purchased a paid product in the App, the Operator’s aggregate liability under the preceding sentence is capped at the total amount you actually paid in connection with the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

If your intentional or negligent violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of a third party’s rights causes damage to the Operator, you must compensate the Operator for that damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms apply when posted on this website, or on a later effective date specified by the Operator in that posting.

12. Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, create a security interest in, or otherwise dispose of your position or rights and obligations under these Terms without the Operator’s prior written consent. The Operator may assign or transfer all or part of its position, rights, and obligations under these Terms to a third party without your consent.

13. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Operator’s failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s address at the time the action is filed.

商品内容: 購入画面に表示された範囲で、Bellstride内の対象広告を非表示にする、一回限りの非消費型アプリ内商品です。
返品・キャンセル・返金: 購入後の利用者都合による返品、キャンセルまたは返金には応じません。返金手続は、購入したアプリストアのポリシーおよび判断に従います。
